We’re delighted to share that Chris Grazier, Partner, Office Agency, has been named a CoStar Quarterly Deals Winner for the second quarter of 2026, recognised for a standout “top office leasing deal” in Swindon.
The deal saw 22,571 sq ft let to Regus. Chris was jointly appointed with Daniel Smethurst of Smethurst Property Consultants, acting for our clients, Ingliss Howie, on the disposal of the building to IWG, who have since opened a new Regus centre there in partnership with the landlord.
