Congratulations are due to Alan Bryant who celebrates five years of working at Hartnell Taylor Cook this week.
Alan joined our Property & Asset Management team back in 2021, driven by a passion for the environment and a desire to improve how we use our buildings and spaces.
Since then, he’s grown from strength to strength, recently being recognised as a thought leader in the sector, having recently co-authored an industry article on the new RICS Service Charge Standards for Property Reporter.
When he’s not out on site inspections (often somewhere far more scenic than the office), Alan can be found behind a drum kit as a professional musician, or out on a long hike enjoying the great outdoors.
