As a business that prides itself on being no ordinary property consultancy, Hartnell Taylor Cook continues to demonstrate a rigorous, forward‑thinking approach to compliance, service delivery and operational performance. These accreditations reflect the strength of our systems, the expertise of our people and our dedication to continuous improvement.

As well as renewing our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CHAS accreditations, we achieved ISO 45001 certification for the first time, marking another milestone in our commitment to occupational health and safety. ISO 45001 is the internationally recognised standard for creating safer, healthier working environments, and gaining accreditation demonstrates that we have robust systems in place to identify risks, prevent incidents and support the wellbeing of everyone who works with us. For our clients, it provides clear assurance that we operate to the highest professional standards, and for our teams, it reinforces our dedication to building a culture where safety, responsibility and care are embedded in everything we do.

CHAS accreditation is a widely recognised benchmark for health and safety compliance within the property and construction sectors. Retaining both CHAS Advanced and CHAS Standard demonstrates that we continue to meet rigorous assessment criteria and remains dedicated to ensuring safe working practices for clients, contractors, the general public, partners and employees.

The renewal of ISO 9001, the international standard for quality management systems, reflects our firm’s ongoing focus on delivering consistent, high‑quality service, while the continued certification of ISO 14001, the global standard for environmental management, highlights Hartnell Taylor Cook’s commitment to minimising environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices throughout the business.

Shaun Hall, Director said: “These renewed accreditations are a testament to the hard work and professionalism of our teams. Maintaining CHAS and ISO certifications year after year is no easy feat. It demonstrates our commitment to excellence, safety and sustainability in everything we do. With these renewed accreditations, Hartnell Taylor Cook continues to strengthen its position as a trusted, forward‑thinking partner in the property sector, driven by a culture of quality, responsibility and ambition.”
