Please join us in congratulating Rachael Stone who passed her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence today and now kicks off her career as a chartered surveyor.
The APC is a demanding process. It calls for extensive practical experience, detailed record-keeping, and a final assessment interview that tests technical knowledge, professional judgement and ethics. Passing it the first time is a real mark of commitment and expertise, and Rachael has shown plenty of both.
