When Theresa Bristow first joined our agency team in 1989, the world looked very different. There was no email, no mobile phones, and the commercial property market worked at an entirely different pace. In the decades since, she has seen changes to the world order, the introduction of transformative new technology, and completely new ways of working. Through all of it, she has been a constant presence at Hartnell Taylor Cook.
Theresa briefly left the firm in the 1990s, but she returned in 1996, and this July she celebrates 30 years of continuous service. In that time, she has quietly supported colleagues, guided newcomers, and always had a kind word ready for anyone who needed one. It’s no exaggeration to call her the backbone of the department.
A Milestone Worth Marking
To mark the occasion, Chris Grazier, Head of our Bristol Office, was delighted to present Theresa with a certificate celebrating her 30 years with the firm. As part of the celebration, HTC also made a donation in Theresa’s name to Bristol’s PUMA All Stars Taekwondo team.
“Thirty years is an extraordinary achievement, and it’s a testament to Theresa’s dedication, warmth, and professionalism,” said Chris. “She’s supported this office and this team through three decades of change, and we’re incredibly grateful to have her with us.”
